This role is a contract assignment at Palo Alto Networks. Contractors will not be employed by Palo Alto Networks but through our trusted staffing partners.  

  • Location: Remote (U.S.A.)
  • Duration: 11 months

 

About the Role: 

Step into a vital role as our Business Enablement Manager (Contractor) during a pivotal period of organizational and system transition. You will support the end-to-end change management lifecycle, transforming high-level Service Optimization strategies into clear, actionable readiness plans for our Customer Success (CS) and Professional Services (PS) teams. If you excel at bringing stability to fast-moving environments and have a passion for advocating for the end-user experience amidst complex integrations, we want you on our team.

The Success Excellence team (Identity Post-Sales Strategy & Operations) is the operational heartbeat of our customer-facing organization. Our mission is to architect and execute Customer-First frameworks using AI and data-driven mechanisms. Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Change Management Strategy: Draft, maintain, and update comprehensive Customer Success & Professional Services change management plans aligned with service optimization and evolving business processes. 
  • Readiness Documentation: Create high-quality "What’s Changing" guides and "Migration Readiness Checklists" to ensure all team members understand upcoming shifts. 
  • Internal Playbooks: Develop and draft internal playbooks designed to help CS & PS teams navigate organizational transitions with minimal friction. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with integration leads and leadership teams to ensure communication plans are synchronized and clear. 
  • Training & Support: Develop, publish, and track progress of enablement modules; host regular office hours to provide direct support and clarity during system shifts. 

Required Skills 

  • Interpersonal Excellence: High level of empathy and emotional intelligence to manage the human side of organizational change. 
  • Communications: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex process changes into simple, actionable guidance. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to align diverse leadership teams and manage expectations across cross-functional departments. 
  • Platform Proficiency: Technical proficiency in Customer Success and Professional Services platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce, FinancialForce) to drive data-backed stability. 
  • Organization & Content Creation: Highly organized project management skills paired with the ability to create visually clean and professional enablement content. 

Education & Experience 

  • Formal Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field. 
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in Business Enablement, Change Management, or Operations within a SaaS environment. 
  • Certifications (Preferred): PROSCI or equivalent Change Management certification; PMP or project management credentials are a plus. 
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Customer Success and Professional Services lifecycles and operational workflows. 

 

Compensation

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location.  For candidates who receive an offer,this is the pay range that Magnit (the staffing agency) reasonably expects to pay for this position: $55/hour to $60/hour. Please note that the compensation information in this posting reflects the hourly wage only and does not include benefits.  Magnit offers Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K.
